Hi, I’m Yashar.

I’m a freelance copywriter based in Vienna but always open to travel, and just as happy working remotely.

Random things about me:

• I once took 2nd place at the FIFA Press Cup in Vienna and Hamburg for VICE/Virtue. (So yes, if you need to win your local E-Sports tournament, I’m available.)

• In 2012, I made it into the Top 128 out of more than 1,200 participants at VBT, the world’s biggest video rap battle tournament.

• That same year, my track Rockstarr hit #68 on my hometown radio station’s annual Top 100 chart.

• Back in 2015 I opened for the rapper Haftbefehl at Springfestival Graz

• I got my first gray hair at 16.

• A creative director once called me “such an internet kid.” I’ve never stopped taking that as a compliment.

• I failed school three times but earned my Matura at night school.

• And, as my mom insists I mention:
  I also have a bachelor’s degree.
